Virtual Visits Available

Just call us to schedule a telemedicine visit or request one through the patient portal, so your child can be taken care of by his Patient Centered Medical Home.

Once the telemedicine visit is scheduled, you will receive a link by text, which will allow you to confirm the appointment, register, and complete the Telemedicine Consent form. After that, you will be provided with a link to join the virtual waiting room and Dr. Rivera will see you.

Visits are completed through Doxy.Me, so you do not need to download any apps. Please check for telemedicine visit coverage with your insurer. If you like the convenience of telemedicine visits, let the customer service team with your insurer know, so hopefully they will continue covering this helpful and time-saving service.
